Who we are (and why we get it)
Over the years we’ve delivered complex projects, trained teams, supported career changers, and helped complete beginners find their confidence. And along the way we’ve learned something important: success isn’t just about process, it’s about people. It’s about knowing how to communicate, how to manage expectations, and how to stay calm when everything feels like it’s slightly on fire.
That’s why we built Real World PM, a place where project skills and foundational AI skills come together. We keep things simple and practical. We teach the soft skills no one talks about, show learners how to use AI as a supportive tool, and help them understand the basics so they can work faster, think clearer, and feel more in control at work.
We don’t treat AI as something scary or technical. We show people how to use it in everyday tasks: rewriting clearer messages, planning their workload, preparing for interviews, breaking down tasks, and building confidence step by step.
Because modern project management isn’t about perfect plans, it’s about the people who deliver them, supported by tools that make the job easier. And yes, we still drink too much coffee and colour code spreadsheets for fun.
